Website Development Portfolio
This portfolio spans from most recent projects to some older ones. Links are provided if the site owner granted the use of them. If you notice any broken links to projects, please contact me.
Joomla projects are created from scratch from a proprietary empty template using HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript. The site is then built to the client's specs. In order to keep costs down, WordPress projects are built on a stripped down version of the most basic template included in the package... basically a blank template. Then re-created using the client's specifications.
Did you post on Craigslist for development? Beware of Scam Developers on Craigslist.
Language and technologies used include basic HTML and CSS along with more advanced technologies including PHP, Javascript, Javascript libraries (like jQuery), and MySQL.
Tonic
TonicShop.com (live)
A database-driven e-commerce solution, highly customized with extra features in order to achieve the look that was wanted by the client. Some of the features include wholesale ordering, an advanced order manager, and a one-page-checkout.
Rehab Scout
This project was presented with a template that was already purchased from a 3rd party. It's basically just a landing page (single page site) for lead generation. The template needed to be re-designed to match the look and feel the client wanted and had to look very good on mobile devices.
GLSNY
GLSNYLLP.com (live)
A Joomla site built on the Gantry Framework to be mobile responsive. The primary reason for this site was so that this group of surgeons had somewhere to display their video other than YouTube. This site shares it's menu items with Sports Hernia NYC.
How Do I Run
As a site geared towards runners, this client wanted the functionality of being able to connect runners and personal running coaches through the membership interface. Functionality includes membership/user manager with multiple levels of membership. Most of this client's content was requested in I-Frames. This site had to be very mobile friendly. As a result the design looks very different on mobile devices. Uses the latest techniques in Responsive Web Design (RWD).
