Website Development Portfolio
This portfolio spans from most recent projects to some older ones. Links are provided if the site owner granted the use of them. If you notice any broken links to projects, please contact me.
Joomla projects are created from scratch from a proprietary empty template using HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript. The site is then built to the client's specs. In order to keep costs down, WordPress projects are built on a stripped down version of the most basic template included in the package... basically a blank template. Then re-created using the client's specifications.
Did you post on Craigslist for development? Beware of Scam Developers on Craigslist.
Language and technologies used include basic HTML and CSS along with more advanced technologies including PHP, Javascript, Javascript libraries (like jQuery), and MySQL.
Arizona Glass Specialists
Please see page 1 of portfolio for AGS's Redesign
This client liked their I-Web design, but I-Web does not work well at all for search engine friendly URLs, other aspects of SEO like unique title tags, and does not have the extra capabilities wanted by Arizona Glass Specialists like the ability to upload and download architectural plans. The Site is now more functional and is ranked well already for several targeted search terms in Google.
Deal Me In Today
This was a very large project in which the client requested that the site was hard-coded using the latest web technologies at the time. There was a designer who created the 20+ moc-ups and a development firm which created the functionality of the area where the deal is in the center of the main page, past deals page, and account pages (widget).
This firm also handles all back end features like adding new deals and such in their custom admin area. I was their primary developer responsible for creating and customizing the outside frame of the site with CSS3, PHP, and Javascript along with 'registered user functionality'. I worked with the other company's developers customizing the interior 'widget' area and user functionality.
I also created a Wordpress template for this client that mimics the rest of the site for the 'Blog' section.
